Many years ago my mother hand stitched a quilt that was a colonial theme (Williamsburg) I remember it had colonial houses and trees, etc. The color was mostly blues, kind of an olive green for the houses and a darker green for trees. My sister now has the quilt but a label was never put on it. I am trying to figure out a design for a label and would appreciate any input from all you great quilters out there. It was also quilted by a family friend so I will be putting two names on the label. Thanks in advance. I don't have a photo of it.

The first thing that came to my mind as I read this was - make the label house shaped and use the colors that were used on the front of the quilt.

Ditto on the house block idea.
