If you just google Crown Royal Quilts, you will find lots of patterns made with the C.R. bags. There are also a lot of tips on preparing the bags for quilting.

I have seen many photos of Crown Royal Bags in quilts. I have seen them used in many different blocks. Don't know that their is a specific pattern. I have seen the blocks used with the words in the center, but the prettiest one for me were the ones using just the CR. I have the bags to make one and that is one of my next projects.

Show us your quilt when you are done...our local state store will give you bags if you ask.
