I would call them wedges and boy, would I ever love to inherit a bunch of them already cut.

I am making this quilt, a totally scrappy charm from darks & lights, no two fabrics the same. You will enjoy making this, it is sew easy.

I am having fun with these blocks. I did mess up the first two because I was trimming the individual squares before I sewed the whole thing together. I'm tired of resizing photos for the QB plus I'm never too sure what order they are going to post, so I put a photo update on Flickr with comments to show what I messed up and how I corrected. Hope you like them.

My first thought was a Tumbler block. The pin wheel looks doable too, but for the pinwheel do the blades need to be all the same fabric? Looks that way to me. Just a thought.
