Only my 3rd lap quilt I ever made & decided to try to machine quilt it myself. I thought of the shadow stitch (something simple) everything that could go wrong did. Really frustrated I nicknamed it my "diaster quilt" & didn't know what to do to fixed the problems. My 2yr old granddaughter was over & got into my sewing room & found the quilt brought it out to living room & stood on each square & said the color. Soon we made it into the twister game & she loved it. Her nap time came & she wanted to be coved up with my "Diaster Quilt". Problem solved I'm not going to go anything to fix the problems this is her blanket!!!!!

Sounds like that quilt found a home. Kind of like the ugly duckling story.
