    you should have alexis help make the king size quilt with you. that way she will have a greater love and appreciation of the quilt and maybe talk her into making it the size of her bed or queen size.

    I agree, get Alexis to help you on the quilt. Not only will she have a quilt she loves but memories to go with it.!

    Besides, if you make a king size quilt you will need the help! :)

    She got a regular sz quilt,but w/all the things she wanted. That was several years ago, she & her cousin now practice sewing straight lines! She is also trying to learn to crochet. I agree its wonderfulto have younger ones interested in the arts-sewing!

    Great story. It's wonderful that she loved the quilts so much that she wanted the biggest one.
