got distracted for a monent and lost the post about the site that won't quit. anyone know where it is?

tried going back but the post is gone.. it was about a quilter whose site inundated you with emails and that people couldn't them get to stop. they offered hints and then proceeded to pitch all kinds of stuff. can't remember the site name, but its one everyone should be aware of.

thats it, everyone should read it. i made the mistake a while back and had a heck of a time getting rid of her. why would anyone alienate the whole quilting community by doing this.
