I have dealt with Steve and Rosemary since Hinterberg sold this business. They are very fair and HONEST. Since Steve is the only one who travels to fix machines, it may take a while for his to come to your section of the country, but he is worth the wait. I would not trust my machine to anyone else. And I do NOT work for them.
