Hi there,
Can anyone recommend a link or have any idea how to make a quilted tea cozy? I left the house for ONE hour to get some groceries and by the time I came back, my DH had lit my expensive tea cozy from Harrods London on fire by accidentally turning on the wrong burner on the stove. Sigh.

thx!
Heather

I'm sorry about your tea cozy. Was the dog house big enough for DH?

I'm sorry to hear about your tea cozy but at least he didn't burn the house down. Is your hubby still in the dog house?

It was an accident but I gotta say it's the kind of accident I *never* have. He's kind of an absent-minded-professor type. Anyhow, hard to be mad when it was a mistake but it is frustrating.

Thanks for the links, ladies, I will check them out.

Sympathies on the burnt tea cosy Heather - can empathise with that one as the same thing happened to me! However, can't blame anyone but myself as I was in the kitchen preparing vegetables etc for dinner and wondering what on earth the smell was :XD: Turned round to see the cooker and what was left of the tea cosy just in time!
