    ....of pinning 100+ strips wrong side out, I am making progress, yay me! I have gotten roughly 1/4 of my blocks finished out of the 50!

    This may sound like a silly ? If your just sewing strips together
    why take the time to pin them all. Just line the strip together and sew sew sew

    I prefer not to pin unless I really need to. I'm the dork that's sewing along havin a good time.... Then omg there is a pin.. Reach to grab it (why don't I take my foot off the pedal, you say) then wow that's close almost sewed another finger!!!! So yeah, pins are not always my friend.
