I have seen a lovely quilt in a magazine somewhere and I think here on the board as well that I sooo want to make. It looks like it might be a layer cake as the first layer, a charm square on top of that in the center of the cake, then a small square on top of the charm square. Does this ring any bells and/or am I making sense?? Any help would be appreciated. I think I am searching so hard so I won't have to work in my sewing room  It seems as when I get one thing organized, the rest is multiplying behind my back. :-D

Oh it is on Moda site called bakeshop...their sample is done in the line called hush-a-bye..... I would send you the link..but I am not home right now to find it. It uses one layer cake, one jelly roll and one charm pack. So look it up..it is a great quilt!

I totally understand about the stuff multiplying behind your back. It happens to me all the time. Now if only my money would do the same :!:

Try fatcatpatterns.com & look for squared up. I happened on this tonight, hope this is it. Looks simple & lends to all sorts of fabrics/colors.
