Sounds to me like you make a very good deal (MSRP is $1200) and it has quite a feature list. I think you'll be very happy.

Of course I am a bit biased since all I use are Pfaff's but that's because they work well for me and will for you also.

I looked up the machine, it sounds like a great machine and the price can't be beat. Like shawnan said its a $1200 machine.

Yes, you made a good deal. They are $1000-ish in my area.

You got an excellent deal. That was a little under the show price I got mine for at the Quilt Expo. I really love the machine. It has a ton of features for the price, sews straight (love the IDT) and true. Congratulations

As bellaboo said if you like it it's a good deal. If not then you don't use it. It is a good price plus that machine is nice. That machine has renewed my faith in them. It sees nicely and is quiet.

I've had the same Pfaff for 10+ years (but who's counting) and enjoy using it. She gets a once a year tune up and purrs along nicely. I hope you will like yours just as much. Sounds like quite the machine. Are you thinking of naming her?

I have owned a Pfaff 7550 for over 15 years and love it. I am sure you will enjoy your new machine. Just give yourself a chance to learn on it prior to starting a project. You need to bond with the machine.
