have a very workable program. Is this still a business, or

On a more serious note, is your TV not plastered with Jennifer singing and dancing for the WW ads? Or the pop up threds while you are here on the Board? Or just about everywhere you turn on the internet, there she is!! Well, at least she seems to have come to live in my computer!

I started Monday trying to shed a few lbs before winter. Don't have a lot to lose but since I can't lose 10 lbs it might as well be 50. Eating smaller portions more often and no white sugar or bread.

I just try to eat healthier. I also like my food. I do have diabetes so I do have to be a little careful.
