I found a child's toy sewing machine for sale on the internet. The style of it is the same as the Featherweight but the paint finish is of course very different. The dimensions of the box part at the bottom of the machine are 16" x 8" and the machine's dimensions are 6.5" x 14". I'm just wondering how close in size the toy is to the real thing. Does anyone have a moment to do a quick measure for me? Thanks in advance!

The base of my FW is 6 3/4 X 14 3/4", this is with the extension part of the table down, not flipped up.

Thanks so much! They are nearly the same then. I thought they must be just looking at the picture. Kind of interesting. The toy is electric too.
