I'm going to be starting a Disappearing 9 patch,what would you quilter's pick for the size of the blocks ? Connie in CO

Many of us use the 5 inch charm size but other sizes work well also. Remember the larger the square you start with the less scrappy it will look. Do a search for D9P and see the different ones people have made.

I've used 6" squares to start. Both of the D9P's I've worked on were not scrappy and had a focus fabric that I really wanted to stand out. It really depends on what you're looking for.

i think it depends on the fabric you are using and size of quilt and how fast you need to get it done

I just love your paisley. I have a thing about paisley's and love how the spin all the colors in palette.

I want to use the 3 bottom ones for sure.I have 4 yards of that Paisley.
