Default Do I need another border?

I am not sure if this quilt needs an outer border. What are your opinions?

Depending on how big you want the quilt to be...personally and this is just my preference of course. I would have put a 1 1/2" or 2" border of one of the colors in the quilt and then the wider outside border and then bind it with the inner border color but that is what I would do...and BTW I love love this quilt...Looks like a lot of work.....

I love Hello Kitty! Your top is adorable! I might lay one of the brights from the quilt alongside the white border to audition it.

I would try putting a wide border maybe 2" of the brighter pink color to see if it looks right, if not maybe a bright purple

i would only add another border if the size is not large enough as it is.

Short answer - yes. Longer answer - it looks unfinished to me the way it is. Just my opinion though. I love what you've done so far. Is that applique?

I would put another border in a bright color. The white makes it very pale IMHO. Very nice quilt by the way. I do love the soft colors you have used.

It's adorable! Maybe would've used the white as trim all around connecting the sashing and then the beige/tan border. But I think it's cute as is. Just depends on how big you want it.

I agree with Btiny36. But it is best to audition to be able to find the perfect border. You have done a very lovely job with piecing this quilt.
