Just wondering how many of you have any gray fabrics in your stashes.

So many of the newer fabric collections include gray, that I'm wondering... is gray the new brown?

If you do have gray, what other colors are you using it with?

I used a light and darker gray with a scrappy chunky churn dash and it was the perfect selection. It add a lot and took nothing away from the scrappy look.

Greys are hard to find. I have a couple but most are landscape fabric.

I have five shades of Kona and Bella solid grays that work in gradation with solid black, several brands of the black to gray gradation fabrics like Shade Cascade, plus maybe five or six tone-on-tone prints in gray (they go well with my ten or more tone-on-tone blacks). And no, I do not make Goth quilts...I just frequently use shades of black as neutrals!

Colors I use gray with, aside from black, are pretty much anything. The colonial colors are muted and grayed down and go especially well with grays. Just as any vivid color goes with black, any muted shade goes with gray.

    I have lots of gray.
Varying shads of solids, gray on grays, and gray prints.
    Grays go with everything.
