Default Do you have a favorite red solid fabric?

I have "discovered" Michael Miller Jet Black for black, and Kaufman Kona Snow for white. I'd like a reliable red for my stash, but haven't seen any mentioned so far. Is there one that stands out for you?

I just bought a bolt of Kaufman red at the Fons and Porter warehouse sale in Des Moines. I tested it when I got home and it did not fade on anything. It is a true Nebraska red!

I haven't found a favorite fabric cause I like them all. hehehe! Sorry no help here. If it is pretty and feels good, I usually buy it.

Kona red is my go-to red - and their snow white is my go-to white also. I use an Amish black.

I love the Kona snow, Keepsake Quiltings amish black, and moda's Bella solid reds, they have several different shades of red and I like them all. Don't always want a true christmas like red.

Kona's "rich red"...very nice and will use about 20 yards of it for Christmas gifts.

I wondered what people would say to this...I have been collecting a few solids...haven't used solids in ages. I do love just standing and looking at all the shades of the different colors.

My favorite red (at least right now!) is Moda Bella Christmas Red.

It's just a nice, primary red color that doesn't lean toward either orange or blue. Just a generally useful red that seems to be the best shade to go with other fabrics.
