This was a post from 10/12/10 and like others I went to the site and I bought 37 yards of fabric :P I made the purchase on 10/16/10 and have not received it yet. Their website said to be patient, but for how long?! Has anyone else encountered this problem? My next step is to call, but on their website it said it would not open their doors to the public. This is all being done online....hmmmm! Their site is saying their accountants are telling them to sell because they have too much fabric. My husband is an accountant and we have a business in our home and I never recall telling clients to sell because they have too much. When I placed my order I was really excited, but now I'm not so sure. Thanks for any help/thoughts.

I went thru this with a well known fabric shop & a "going out of business" LQS....both on line.My orders were smaller than yours. One place took 2 wks to tell me it was on "back order" & 3 more wks to say something else, so I canceled.
The LQS order didn't come & after 3 wks, said "be patient" as we're over run with orders,so I canceled that order too. Lucky for me, the CC wasn't charged...as I was dreading what a mess it'd be to clear up.Learned my lesson & am way more careful now. Good luck in getting your order.

member have reported receiving their orders. not always the whole order, but they were only charged for what they received.

i know we've all gotten used to instant gratification, but it isn't fair to plant seeds of doubt and suspicion after so short a time.

and ... yes ... two weeks is a short time.
