do you know how to make triangle claws for bear paw when the sq is 4 1/2"?

Is the finished size 4 or 41/2? I can calculate it for you but, I just want to be sure. :D

You can take the finished bear paw at 3 1/2 and increase it. I have a website that tells you what % to enlarge/decrease the size of a block. Hope this helps.
