I used to feel that their fabric was "thready" . But today, much of what you buy in the LQS is just as "thready".

I agree with the thread being linty. I have no problem with the overall quality of it. When I use it I have to remember to clean my machine when I change the bobbin. The fabric I've ordered from them has been decent.

I have bought their Essential Pro thread for my Janome 1600P-DB. My Janome is really picky about thread but it loves the Essential Pro. So whatever makes the machine happy, makes me happy. It is linty but cleaning the machine is not a big deal. I have also used their regular thread for piecing. It is strong, works well and looks good. What more could you ask for.

I have bought from them for years! I love their batiks, and have used a few of the cottons. Great threads also.

I have ordered from CT several times and love their fabric and thread. I have a Janome and it sews beautifully with their thread. The fabric has a nice weight and feel to it.

I love their fabric and the prices! I just ordered a bunch of batics. I've ordered many times and always been pleased.

I absolutely love their batiks and find them comparable to ones I've bought locally at quilt shops. Their thread is not Aurifil, but neither is the price anywhere near comparable. My machines all love it. I've gotten fabrics from clearance that were amazing buys. I haven't had any experience with their customer service folks so can't comment on that. I agree that some of their lines are too cutesy and limited as to use, but those I don't buy.

I've mostly ordered books (great sale prices) - and fat quarters - i have never been disappointed in quality - and things always seem to arrive very quickly.

I haven't found this to be the case with Connecting Threads. I am very happy with the quality of fabric purchased and how quickly and correctly my orders have been processed. I will continue to purchase from Connecting Threads as I get more bang for the buck! (hence, more projects!)

I love their fabrics....order the quilters candy solids quite a bit....the fabric is great quality and excellent prices....I also use the cotton thread too....it's great that you can match the thread to fabrics.....they have great sales, right now it's 30% off batting.....Connecting Threads is my goto online shop for fabrics!
