Default Do you use 1.5" strips?

Usually, I see 2.5" strips, and jelly roll patterns for using those.

Just wondering if any of you have used 1.5" strips, and what you made from them.

The 1.5 strips are good to make purses, wallets or other accessories with. Doll quilts or tiny pp projects.

I used them once to make a purse but I don't really like to work with such narrow pieces.

My daughter does LC wallhangings - my Christmas tree is lovely. I am going to use 1 1/2" strips on the light side of my uneven LC, so a light precut pack would work. Other than just outlines and such, I haven't graduated to such narrow strips.

Other than a narrow sashing or border, the only 1.5 inch strips I use are scraps that I put into string quilts.

The "Snake River Log Cabin" uses all 1.5 widths.

I've made several rail fence quilts using honeybuns.

I used them for log cabin blocks, sashings for some patterns, the front face of Attic Windows frames and string quilts, but when I'm stocking up my stash of strips I always cut the 2.5"
