    the size is 26" x 20 1/2"

Needs ~ 2 yards double sided pre quilted..(I'm sure you could FM some yourself).

    uses 1/2" seam allowances.
straps are cut 4" x 30" (cut 2 of course)
    From remaining fabric cut:
2 (21 1/2" wide) strips. From strips, cut 2 (21 1/2" x 27 inch) rectangles for bag front and back
    1 (10 1/2" wide) strip. From strip cut 1 (10 1/2" x 27 inch) rectangle for upper pocket.
    1 (8 1/2" wide) strip. From strip cut 1 (8 1/2" x 27 inch) rectangle for lower pocket.

    From Tan stripe cut:
4 (2 1/4" wide) strips for binding. Join to make 1 continuous piece for straight grain French Fold binding.
