Does anyone have the Husqvarna Viking 730 Platnium? I have sewing troubles!!!

I also have a Viking Platinum-not sure of the numbers. Follow what Mytwopals says regarding the bobbin. Also, to the best of my knowledge, the tension is automatic on the Platinum series machines. If your only issue is getting the fabric sucked down into the bobbin case, then use a scrap of fabric, sew a few stitches, then begin sewing your desired piece. And see if a single needle plate will help. Only occassionally do I have issues with the fabric getting sucked in and the leaders (scrap starter piece) resolves the issue.
