I am looking for a pattern for a dahlia quilt. I've always wanted to make one of them.

There is a pattern available that is pricey, but is like a foundation for a Dahlia. I found an old one in a magazine, but looked like a lot of work. I did buy Marti Michels templates for the Dahlia. One of these days?

I was hoping I could get away with not having to buy the templates and just make my own.

Dover publications has a dahlia quilt pattern for $9.95. I own the book but haven't made my quilt yet.

Amma,
I went in and got the same message SOOO.... I googled this - PatBlueDahlia.html and it brought up the right page...I'm not sure what is going on with the other. If this doens't work, I make you a copy of the pattern and mail it to you

I have that book, or at least I had it. I moved last year and have missplaced my quilt books.
I have only made one or two of these quilts...they weren't easy when I did them. Probably wouldn't be so bad now that I've been quilt making so long.

edited to add this link for a 6.00 book.
