Does anyone have or use a tool case like this one:?

This was a guild workshop project for me. A nearby quilt shop provided the pattern and complete fabric Batik kits with decorative trim and even the small cutting mat for $25. It's great for tossing in a tote or keeping in the car for handwork. I made another one for my DGD. She keeps her gel pens, markers, and paper notebook in it. Teens seem to always have special pens and notebooks to doodle. If you Zentangle it's perfect for on the go.

I made this awhile back and use it all the time. I also did a class at a LQS on it so I have some directions as well and put it out as a tute (there is a pdf file under the photo for download). It is larger than what you showed but it works for me!! lol

Yes, I just received one as a gift from a friend. It's a cute way to keep a few tools protected when you travel. It doesn't hold the wide variety of tools I regularly use, but for a class, you mostly only need a few.

Thanks - It is roomy and holds everything - my only complaint was I "quilted" the fabric tog on mine and it did not have enough shape for me - so I cut up an old cutting mat which was wabbly put it in one side. Gives it some rigidity and a bonus of having a small cutting surface with me always.
