Does Anyone Know the Name of This Block?

I was foolin' around with my graph paper again and came up with this block. There is nothing new under the sun, but I can't find this block in any of my reference books. Does anyone know the name it?

Doesn't look like anything I've seen, I think it's the Generator Jewel Worked for that big tech company in the 80's & 90's and spent a fair amount of time in Herndon.

Similar to Cross and Crown, when placing 4 of yours together and rotating each one.

To me this block looks a lot like one Barbara Brackman calls Tulip, pg. 106, #786....with slightly different piecing.
