Does anyone know what pattern this is?

I saw it on an online quilt show collection of pictures and I am soooooo in love with it!!! It is way beyond my abilities I think, but I really want to have this pattern handy someday if I ever decide to attempt it. Maybe sooner than later...who knows. But I have no idea what it is! Can anyone help me find this pattern?
    Thanks!!!

It's not Judy Neimeyer or Jaculine DeJonge.. those are the two that come to mind.

It is stunning that's for sure.
Yesterday it was called science fiction. Today it's called technology. But the Bible calls it prophecy. +

From this posting, it sounds like an original pattern: http://www.quiltedjoy.com/2012/02/mi...al-part-2.html

According to the quilter's blog, it's an original design inspired by a Jenny Beyer workshop.

The star part looks fairly straightforward as to being able to duplicate relatively simply. However the outer "scallops" look much more complex.
