applique pattern of holly and berries that is either in a long line or can be adapted to go in a long line?

It doesn't have to be a free pattern. I have spent the afternoon looking with no success.

Here's the quilt that I have almost finished. I wanted to use it for my fall bed topper, but with my choices of greens and reds I think it will look far better with holly leaves and berries.

why not sketch a leaf and then use a nickel for a berry (or whatever size change you want it to be) and use bias tape and just let it meander?
