I haven't used this machine in about 6 months and I forget what it looks like. I do think that I covered them with a square plastic piece.
I believe the lever is visible when you open the bobbin case. I assume this is a front loaded bobbin. I also had a machine that had a game of hide and go seek if you wanted to lower the feed dogs. I had to remove the arm cover/drawer, turn the machine backwards and shlightly up and find the button hidden back there.

I bought a White and didn't like it. Since I'd bought it on clearance I couldn't take it back so I gave it away.

I have a white D'lite, if you put you machine on it's side so you can see the bottom of the machine. you will see a slot with a lever in it. push it in and to the right and your teeth will go down. to put them back up push the lever in and toward you, turn the wheel on your machine and they will pop back up. see if this does it. If your machine has an extension table in it take it off first or you won't see it.
