so far the cheapest price at the moment is amazon.com. Walmart has it listed for MORE than the sale price at Joann's.

Our Walmart here had them on clearance for less than $20. Not sure why, but they did just remodel the fabric dept.
Walmart online has them for $25 and $33.49. Hancock Fabrics will have 30-50% off sales every now and then, which around here makes it cheaper than Walmart.
