I have been asked to put together a couple of 90x90 size quilt tops for a project for my church. I have lots of patterns for children and babies but none for this size. Any Ideas???

How about log cabin or rail fence? Those are pretty simple aren't they?

how about a square in a square quilt? You can make as many blocks as you need to obtain that size

I would suggest log cabin, rail fence, nine patch or maybe snowball. My first instinct was to say "traditional" as they are donation quilts for the church (Does that age me or what (LOL))
