I've never heard of that item but quite frankly, I'm a bit Donna Dewberried out. Getting to be a little like Martha Stewart with her finger in everything. Just my opinion!

I bought one, thinking it would be the greatest thing ever! It isn't!!! No matter how straight you fold your fabric, your strips are still bowed. I would have taken it back, but bought it out of town and didn't want the hassle of going to return it.

If you haven't tried the June Taylor Shape Cut mat first, I would do that before investing in the DD strip cutter.

I agree. It's one of the best ways for getting good straight cuts, no bowing.

if you are talking about the machine that cuts the strips, there was a thread about this. someone said that cutting fabric in this manner would be best for making those rope baskets, crocheted rugs, etc. not for when accuracy is of the utmost importance.

I have seen the JT Shape cut rulers, and I guess that is what your all speaking of. There seems to be several sizes etc. What would you suggest as far as the one most likely to be used the most, size wise? I keep looking at them and cannot decide.
