of cold medicine! I looked at the Mario Brothers panel for my DGS, decided to start with some 9 patches. DUH!!!! I cut patches and not strips! OK, so maybe some pinwheels instead. DUH!!!! I used striped fabric. OK, so I lined up all the stripes in the same direction. Doesn't look too bad. Went to take some more cold medicine and wait until I can think straight before deciding what to do next.

I'm so glad to hear that I am not the only one who has problems with cutting. It is a real chore for me...

I am planning to make a tote bag and have read the directions 4 times. I caught something different everytime I read it. Not a straight forward pattern as version 1 and 2 are interspersed. Hard to read anyhow and one fabric bled when I tested it so I have to get another piece. Therefore, I did not cut it out today. On medication here....can I really blame it on the meds? Ha!
