Too many times I have finished up a quilt, thrown it in the washer and dryer and pulled it out to run out the door to give the quilt and forgotten to take pictures!!! Do many of you do that????
Last week I sent out 6 Quilts for Kids quilts, 3 from their kits and 3 from my stash and I forgot to take pictures of them!
I gave a baby quilt to my therapist for his new baby and I forgot to take a picture.
I made a quilt for a friend that had a double mastectomy and I forgot to take a picture of the quilt!!!
Sometimes I can't believe myself!!!!!

I do this way too often! I'm finishing up a QFK quilt today and will remember. I will. I swear.

I forget some times too and it makes me so mad at myself. I like to keep a catalog of what I've done - but when you get sooo excited or just need to get them out the door --- well, we have all been there. LOL.

Maybe they will be happy to take a picture of the quilt with the person using it

That's why I take a picture of something every single day.

146 days in a row so far.

i can sure relate--- i used to call my daugter to borrow her camera once in awhile to take a pic of a special quilt- then about 4 years ago she bought me a really nice (expensive) digital camera for christmas---her birthday is in March- i made her a great quilt for her birthday---and didn't take a pic!
i can't really call her and ask her to take one for me---she will be quite (rightfully) irritated with me---so i don't have a pic of another great quilt...
i try to remember= but ... probably 75% of the time- i put them in the mail---as soon as i walk out of the post office- i am ... thumping myself- another one gone---and no picture...
i do use the camera---all the time- i just can not seem to remember to take those quilt pics...
