Has anyone made these? I am trying to make my husband one and am having problems with how to sew the sides to the top part of it.

i made tons of scrub caps... not sure how different they are...

Thank you for the link, DH enjoys wearing these while working outside and asked me if I could figure out how to make him some. :-D

That's great! I am wondering if my grandson would like some...course by now he might have moved on to the next cool thing - he's 11 and his likes and dislikes change rapidly. 8-)
