Jinny Beyer has a fantastic Double Irish Chain pattern for free on her website. When printing patterns on a home printer be sure to check the test box/line to make sure it printed to the correct scale.

I have "Quilt in a Day" by E. Burns, and have made several Irish chain quilts. She has patterns for single, double and triple chain with very clear instructions. You can go to her Web page and order on line.

The first quilt I made was an Irish Chain using Elenore Burns book. It was a quilt in a day book. While it is possible to make it in a day, if not tying, I would take more time. Have fun.

Yes, I found Eleanor's book on her site and she offers it in multiple sizes as well. Thank you!

Quite a while ago someone posted a picture of their irish chain. It was the pretties I've ever seen. It was a beautiful floral, if I remember correctly it was in lilac & purple. Wish I could find it again but don't know how to search for it.

Lots of single, double and even triple Irish chain patterns on line. I just finished a single from one of the sites. Sorry, I am at work and do not recall which one but it was so amazingly easy! Why have I waited so long to take this pattern on?

jellyrollfabrics.com has a free pattern & I think it is for all sizes. Just sign up for her mailing list & you can get access to them. I have made a couple quilts from her pattern a few years ago.

Melissa Corry, who has a blog called Happy Quilting Melissa, also has a book called Irish Chain Quilts. It has several Irish Chain variations.

I made a Double Irish Chain utilizing one of Eleanor Burns books. It turned out lovely.

That was my first quilt I made using the dbl Irish chain! Try the library or look up Missouri Quilt by Jenny.
If u can't find one you're comfortable with .. let me know and I may be able to give you my booklet. It's old and by Eleanor Burns
