When You see your rotary mat, thinking
that would make a good place mat for the Kitchen table,
just a little trim to size :) . I'm always struggling
to find good table mats.I need to get out more often :)

I bought some of those thin, translucent cutting boards for veggies, meats, breads, etc. for the kitchen and thought, these would make excellent templates and they're cheaper than template sheets in the fabric store. The work great.
