You can purchase a box of sheet protectors (200) from Office Max for $10.00. They have 3 holes for putting in a notebook. I bought an extra large 3 ring notebook & I keep all of my patterns that I download and from magazines all in one place. One day I will get to them.

I use binders along with sheet protectors and group them by pattern types ... Scrap, Civil War, Precuts, Modern, Applique, Baby & Kids, Holiday, Tabletop etc
Then I printed the titles out to make cover sheets for the binder fronts, and a strip for the spine so I can see them easily :)

I did the same. I put all mine in 3-ring binders titled "pieced", "paper pieced", and "applique". Then you can sub catagory, like "stars", "animals", "butterfies" (I love butterflies so I had alot in this catagory), etc.
