Default drestin plate

Can someone tell me how to quilt a Drestin Plate quilt?
the blocks are printed and put on a white back ground with red shashing and black circle and blackcorner squares
and the backing is white

hmmmm, you might try searching Images in Yahoo. you might see some good quilting there.

Do a search here on the board for Dresden Plate. You should pull up some examples here. I don't know who posted it, but there was one a while back that was quilted really beautifully.

I have just found a neat idea.. prob. not new.. each plate was quilted in the ditch and extended to the farthest seam of the block.. like a sun ray.. really pretty.. good luck !

Depending on the size of your block, but I think a feather design quilted in a circle around the plate would be pretty.
