Well Ladies, I got me an early BD present. It is a Elna 750. So far I love it. Guess it is no different than any other machine. Takes getting used to. Wish me luck. Happy Granny doing the Happy Dance, LOL...

Yesterday it was called science fiction. Today it's called technology. But the Bible calls it prophecy. +

is there owners of the same machine on here, if so how do you like it. I had a choice of this one or the Janome 7700, they are both made by Janome, have the same features, just arranged a little different. I think I am going to like this one. I had a Janome 6500 and like it but no free arm. That was a feature that I wish it had. Any comments on the machine would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on your new Elna and Happy Birthday! I know you will love your new Elna once you got accustomed to it. I bought an Elna 40 years ago and used it for over 20 years. I loved that machine! At the age of 50, I decided to go to graduate school and gave the Elna to my daughter who promptly sold it at a yard sale. Some one got a fabulous machine! After graduate school, I bought a Kenmore machine from Sears and later a top of the line Bernina. I remember it took me a while to like sewing on the Bernina. Now I wonder how any machine could be better than my Bernina. You will feel that way about your Elna soon. Again, congratulations!
