Thanks to whoever shared the tutes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W--xgi4nux8
I pinned the top but when I did the back I glued it. It worked well and was so much easier.

It's in the dryer now -- finally finished. I think I'm going to have to press it before I share it.

I started doing the glue...definately makes it alot easier to put binding on in my opinion and no more fingers being stuck with the pins. :)

Finding out about this technique changed my binding! I used to dread doing the binding but now I kind of look forward to it. My bindings aren't perfect yet but they are certainly on their way.

I just did the glue method for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I will NEVER do another binding without it. So quick and simple, and like Airwick156 said, no more fingers stuck with pins.

It REALLY is the way -- I say! ok, I'm a poet. lol. In any case I also used her clues to get the miter perfect and it worked. This is only my 4th quilt so it is nice to get started in the right way. I took it out of the dryer and my 3D flowers will need to be pressed before I can share the picture.

I also have used glue sticks. That also works really well.
