that is pretty; I'd love to learn how to do that on my ruby. I'm just learning how to do alot of things and have found some ways to fix mess ups that have happened. Mainly because I have a hard time one something is almost done and it messes up then I have to spend time redoing it and spending more money on thread. You really did a great job, I'll have to see if I can find instructions for this.

It is great to take classes that are available with the newer machines. I take my free Bernina sewing classes and they also have free Bernina embroidery classes at my LQS. If they are available where you bought your machine they really pay off. I love your poinsettia and I'm sure it's so much easier to see it done than to try to follow written instructions.

After the Holidays I am going to do that. Seems like a lot of fun and it is different. I like learning new techniques. Thanks so much for willing to share with us. I don't have a quilting store nearby, but I do belong to a quilt group. Maybe we can do this together sometime. O. I just forgot, not everyone has an embroidery machine. We could do it as an applique. All kinds of possibilities.
