Hi crashnquilt,
Do you still have your hq16? I could use some advise. I am really struggling with vibration. Not sure if it is coming from my table or my machine. I have the Quiltable. I have put padding under the wheels since it sits on a cement floor. And I am constantly checking it for level. I put EdgeRider wheels on thinking this might do the trick but it really did not help with the vibration. I think it is time to take my machine in to have it checked. When I use the stitch regulator there is so much vibration. In manual mode the vibration is bad around 50% and when I push the speed up to 65% the motor is so loud. I am really frustrated. I have called HandiQuilter and they have had me checking the tracks, the carriage, and the machine for level. I just really think there is a problem either in the motor or the stitch regulator. Do you have any thoughts or ideas that might help?
Thank you!
