Default Embroidery quilt blocks

Having some fun with these small feather blocks! They are reversible. Plan on joining them with half inch strips. Any other suggestions? Appliqué border?

Wow, they are so beautiful. I like the mixed color layout. I myself might leave off the border and let these beautiful blocks stand on their own. I would use the darker color for the binding.

Pretty blocks! I would go with one side cream and one side red for two different looks. I would put them together QAYG with the red strips on the front and cream on the back.

Very pretty. I liked the mixed version. I think applique would take away from them. Just my opinion. Who is the maker of the embroidery? What size are they.? What size quilt are you making or are you making a bed or table runner?

They are beautiful blocks. I love them. The alternating block one is my favorite layout.

Absolutely stunning. I really like the whole cloth look. I personally like the blocks used together with the reds and creams alternating. I might suggest a 2 or 3 inch red border with a cream piping or flange finish. Bind with the red. I really like your project because it is elegant.

Maureen NJ, the blocks are from Kreative Kwi Embroidery online. I love that site for really good deals and cool stuff. They are called Infinity and they are 6 inch blocks. I think I'm just going to put these together as a wall hanging, but a table runner would be nice!
