So after a not very good trip to the doctor and then the hospital, I came home to find the new Connecting Threads catalog in the mail. WWWHHHOOOOO HHHHHOOOOOO!!!

I LOVE everything they have to offer. I have bought numerous kits and lots of yards and cuts from them and LOVE their threads. So I was very excited to see their new catalog. And the best part is they have a note on the front - they have lowered all of their fabric prices:

$3.96/yd for solid and mirage (their name for blenders)
$4.96/yd for prints
$5.96/yd for batiks

One of the things that I have always liked about CT is that the prices on their samplers and packs (FQ, charms, etc.) is based on the actual amount of fabric that you receive. That just seems so much more rational than some of the other places and the prices that they charge.

Also, they have a LOT of new books and patterns in this catalog. So I spent the last two hours :oops: using my Post-It flags and circling things. Now I am putting everything into my Wish List on their website.

And I am REALLY in love with a couple more of their fabric lines - Canning Day, Golden Afternoon, Antoinette, Sip of Summer, Bed & Breakfast, and on and on and on.

So thank you Connecting Theards and Mr. Mailmen, you salvaged my day. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

They have awesome prices! I sent my mom an early birthday present when I found out about the lower prices and all the new fabrics! I just had a gift card delivered through email! I have used their fabrics for quite awhile now and love them! Now I can love more of them!

I look mine over when it came and drooled over those batiks. Then it was passed to my son and then my DD grabbed. They have their wish lists ready for me. :lol: :lol:
