i had to do the same thing this year too.
many people entered quilts in the "original design" category and then on the form stated the pattern maker. when i researched the pattern they didn't change it one bit to make it an original work.
then the next mistake people make is entering as the only person who worked on the quilt and then listed on the form that the blocks are from a swap, that some one else did the quilting or the piecing, it was a round robin, etc.
i could not put the quilts into the proper category i just had to reject them.
