Does anyone have Quiltcad? I got it with my Gracie quilt frame and have not been able to use it. I did the video so many times and wrote down the steps. But when I do the same thing it will not let me bring up the patterns. I want it for pantographs. I can't find a reference to any tech assistance. Has anyone had this trouble with it? Thanks
