How many of you have got EQ7 and not used it yet. I have taken it out and played but put it away none the wiser.

I have it. I don't play with it as much as I would like but have designed a few quilts and assume I will continue to use it. I did have to watch a few of the videos when I got stuck at first but now think I 'get' it most of the time.

I have EQ 6 and use it a lot........now. It took a while to learn how to use it. Keep working with it. It will get better.

Don't tell me that it's hard to understand. I just bought one and waiting for it's arrival. Can't wait.

I actually installed it and have used it!! WooHoo!! I designed a quilt for my FIL. I've scanned fabric in also. Just learning though. :-( Has been a lot fun! Lessons really help if you do them!!  It can be very addictive! You can spend hours playing around with it.

Just like this board the actual quilting doesn't get done!!! But it is fun!!

Also, EQ has a wonderful staff that is very considerate in answering questions. Very helpful.

I have EQ7 and it is the first EQ that I have had. I am using it and love it. I have decided to do the Sylvia's Bridal Sampler and I am using it for that because the blocks are a 6" block but I decided I wanted to do them in a 9" block. The nice thing about it is that the SBS blocks are all traditional blocks so I can pick them out of the block library on EQ7 and just have it resize them for me with all the correct sizes and cutting layouts. Love it, love it, love it.

I've only had my update a week or so, and so far, only designed one quilt on it, because I am really busy at the moment. I know I will use it more in the winter.
