I plan to design a quilt using 9 patch blocks cut on the diagonal. So I want to put triangles into a quilt layout in EQ, but need to be able to rotate the triangles independently. I cannot figure out if I can draw a 90 degree triangle "block". Does anyone know if it's possible?

I hope this makes sense. If not, say so and I'll try again. :?

From the menu:

Quilt
New Quilt
OnPoint

So now you've got a grid layout with the blocks already on-point, and the setting triangles already set up.

If you try to insert a 9 patch into the triangle, for instance, it will only put half in, and you can rotate that design within the triangle.

And if that didn't/doesn't make sense, let me now and I can try it again. ;) ;)

I think I understand your reply - thanks. But I want all the blocks to be triangles, not just the setting triangles. Can I do that?
