Silly girl - should have reached for a box of chocolates. Hope your universe is aligned again. (Yes, I have those days too) I btw reach for a glass of wine - unless it is too early in the day. THen I take a nap until it is 5-o'clock somewhere.

OK, everybody hum:
"Mama said therew'd be days like this...
Days like this, Mama said."

Oh, yeah. I ususally have a "day like this" if I try to sew in the evening after a stressful day at work. That being said, I'm on my way to the sewing room right now, and it's 7:30 p.m.! I wish us all luck!

Oh yes...... some days are just like that. I usually walk away for a while and come back later.

If I'm cutting many same sized strips, I place small pieces of masking tape on my ruler to mark the size I'm cutting. I place the tape edge directly on the mark. You could also use a couple of post-it notes.

When everything goes wrong it is time to quit till another day.
Why do some days go so smooth and others are just plain impossible?
Is it me or bad vibes?

Too funny! Why didn't I think of that! Another thing to write on my hand - 'Don't sew it on the wrong way AGAIN!'
